I am a methodical and detail-oriented person who carefully selects the courses that suit my portfolio. I eagerly explore technical questions and adapt to new challenges, such as learning how to code and edit videos. I have strong analytical and diagnostic skills that help me design and create various projects. I am innovative and collaborative, as I reflect on how to help society through entrepreneurship and work with others. I am aware of internet vulnerabilities and contemporary standards in cybersecurity, as I have a background in this field. I execute tasks effectively and achieve goals, such as creating a consistent and appealing portfolio.
Soft Skills
One of my strengths is my ability to communicate effectively with different audiences. I can use persuasive language and techniques to influence others, such as convincing my clients to buy my products or services. I can also explain complex concepts simply and understandably, both orally and in writing. For example, I can create and deliver professional presentations that convey my message clearly and effectively. Another soft skill that I have is active listening. I can pay attention to what my customers say and understand their needs and expectations. For example, I can listen to a customer’s request for a list and provide them with a satisfactory solution. These soft skills help me build trust and rapport with my customers and colleagues.
Technical Foundation
My technical foundation covers several aspects of computing and networking. I understand the roles of operating systems, networking, and virtualization in managing and connecting resources and platforms. I have some knowledge of programming concepts and software development, such as data structures, algorithms, and debugging. I am not proficient in any programming language, but I know some basics of syntax, logic, and control flow. I also have some understanding of how firewalls and load balancers work to protect and optimize network traffic. Furthermore, I have a deep understanding of routers and switches, which are devices that help connect networks and devices. I know how routers and switches use protocols, tables, addresses, and VLANs to route and forward packets. Key Technologies
Open-source applications are software that anyone can modify and distribute freely. I have some knowledge and experience with them, as well as with other technologies. For instance, I am familiar with Linux operating systems, which are open-source, and Microsoft technologies, which are not. I also understand wireless technologies, which enable data transmission without wires. Moreover, I have worked with database modeling, which is the design and organization of data structures. Furthermore, I have used web application technologies, which are used to create websites and web services. Additionally, I have learned both compiled and interpreted development languages, which are two types of programming languages. Finally, I have been involved in the implementation of network operations or security measures, and I have some knowledge of telephony technologies, which enable voice communications, and social engineering, which is a way of tricking people into giving personal information. I have also contributed to physical security measures, such as on-site duty security.
Technical Foundation
Leadership and project management are important skills that I have developed through various experiences in academic and extracurricular settings. For example, one time I had to take charge when our car had a flat tire before. I made the decision to follow the steps to change the tire and coordinated the rest of the group to do their duty by what I asked them to do. This showed my ability to act quickly and decisively in a stressful situation. Another skill that I have is the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, which is essential for effective project management. For instance, I can design and organize a professional presentation PowerPoint, which is a useful tool to communicate information visually. This showed my ability to plan and execute a project with a clear goal and structure. Furthermore, I have participated in many team projects, where I demonstrated collaboration, delegation, and conflict resolution skills. For example, in an entrepreneurship course, our group and I conducted a business that would help the elders. We faced some challenges, such as finding a market niche, designing a product, and managing a budget. However, we worked together, divided the tasks, and resolved any issues that arose. In the end, we successfully finished the project and received positive feedback. This showed my ability to work well with others, share responsibilities, and overcome obstacles.
